Once your have received your BER Report & Rating, a member of our team will call to your home to discuss your retrofitting options, home energy upgrades and any plans or ideas that your may like to explore. The Retrofit Plus allows you to transform your home completely.
When you are happy with your custom retrofit plan we will send it across to our QS Department to be estimated. You will receive your quotation with grants applied, so that you can see your savings in real time.
When you have agreed your design and estimate you will receive your contract and a project start date will be scheduled.
Once your contract is signed you will be assigned a project manager and you will have a prestart meeting to talk you through the scope and schedule of the project.
You can then access the Homeology Companion app to keep up with the progress with your project.
