SEAI GRANTS

If your home was built prior to 2011 you may be eligible for a grant of up to €35, 000 to upgrade to a warmer, more energy efficient home. You may have already considered some home renovations or improvements


Grants are awarded by SEAI through the One Stop Shop Scheme. Our partners will guide you through the One Stop Shop process, availing of all possible available grants

MEET THE TEAM

Our company, based in Navan. Co. Meath, takes a team based approach to retrofitting with specialists available to take you through each step of your retrofitting journey; with strong project management & leadership skills to ensure that your projects run smoothly, on time and with excellent results

Robert

 Robert is our Managing Director and is usually the first person you will meet within Homeology. He manages all Sales & Quality Control. When you register your interest Robert will be straight on the phone to you to arrange an onsite visit at your home at a time that suits you. His professional, but down to earth attitude, means you can speak to him openly about any aspect of your project and he is always available to answer any questions you may have. He will guide you through the retrofitting process from start to finish.

Tommy

  Tommy is our Operations Director here at Homeology. Tommy is a people person, he's out going, loves his job & gets on great with customers. He manages our workforce & ensures all our projects run smoothly and come in on time & budget. He's very professional & will manage every aspect of your project from start to finish. You can call on Tommy any time & he will be happy to help in any way he can.

Kevina

Kevina manages our Head Office which includes customer service, accounts & quality control for BER Retrofitting projects. Kevina works alongside Tommy & Robert in a supportive role to ensure all projects are carried out to the highest standard with minimal disruption to you activities of daily living. You are welcome to call Kevina with any queries your may have.
